I took a scrap and scratched it
with a key and, you're right, they're really pretty durable. I rubbed
at the scratches and you can't see them anymore so that's great and I'll
keep the mineral oil trick in mind for the future!Thanks again for your speedy

As I mentioned when I first inquired about this tile, we are purchasing a new
home. It is not a custom home so we now have to talk to the builder and see how
we can arrange for them to install the tiles, I will get back to you next week.

Many of you know that Maria and I were looking around for a non-glue,
non toxic way to put a floor in our new home office.
After searching, we settled on interlocking laminate flooring -- asthma
and allergy associations give it high marks, it's glue-free, it's relatively
easy to install, it's inexpensive and it looks good. A bit more searching, and
we found a Canadian company called King of Floors just across the border in Canada.
This company went the extra mile for us -- it was great to have such good business

The service was excellent. We were sent a sample even before asking for one and
recieved it in 2 days. When we went to the store the staff were more than helpful
with lots of good information. We settled on the hand scraped gunstock alder
(even though I did not like the sample, so go to the store and check it out before
dismissing it) and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. It looks gorgeous in our home. Thank
you again.

yesterday, May 26th. I have been into your Surrey Store 4 times in the last month.
Each time was the same, helpful courteous staff; even the day I showed up ten
minutes before closing! We dealt with Brad and your shipping staff yesterday.

Last week on Wednesday the 20th of October we attended your new store and found exactly the laminate we wanted with the help of Bruce Wilkins, who is a very good, effective salesperson with a wonderful personality. He then organized the installation to be done by a fellow by the name of Lazar Rusu.
Lazar's work has been really fantastic. He is technically excellent, works way harder and faster than most tradesmen we have seen, and is on time, polite, and extremely clean and tidy doing what could be a very messy job. Lazar very quietly suggested that we really should do the stairs as well, which we hadn't considered till then ¨C and as you can see by the attached pictures, he was absolutely right!
While he was here we asked him about extending the scope and laying some tile in our bathroom; he gave us a really good quote and did a fine job on that as well. He also did many small things that added value to us and did them within the estimate he had given us.
And here it is October 29th, the job is complete less than 10 days later, and we are extremely happy campers. If you have any need to take on any new installers, we would like to recommend Lazar and give him a very strong personal reference.
