Our floors (nearly 2,000 sq. feet of engineered hard wood)have not arrived yet but I`m already very impressed with the service!

1. Got great service at the store by Jake Merchant: Jake explained the features, looked up the quantity, advised on installation and purchase of accessories (transitions); advised on delivery options.
2. You basically need to visit the store once to select your flooring and everything else can be done on-line and over the phone (payments, delivery arrangement). I guess you can do everything remotely but if you live in the city it`s worth dropping by.
3. With small deposit of $5 we took 2 samples of the flooring to see how it would look in the house.
4. Four days after we paid the order basically the entire store went on sale and we received a pricing adjustment! Wow. Thank you. For the amount we got it does make a difference.

The whole experience is worth telling. Keep up the great work, got one loyal customer here.

We have been shopping at King of Floors for a number of years now. We have done our whole house with hardwood, my mothers condo with engineered, and our son did his basement with engineered. We have just purchased engineered for our condo, as it is time to downsize. Troy has been our go-to guy for all of the purchases. He has been patient with our mind changing, made suggestions as to the best product and colours for our needs, and just generally has been great to work with. Decided to buy laminate and visited a few stores. The king had the most diverse choice, had friendly and knowledgeable staff and prices are very competitive. A very positive experience.

The staff at king of floors were extremely helpful in assisting us select floors that met our style and were very generous in giving us the best deal ever. We saved almost half of the retail price by purchasing a large quantity. They were great.

Went to the king of floors because I was looking for value on a floor that I could install myself. I was disappointed that the prices advertised on the website were a bit misleading ($1.99 for bamboo hardwood only applied to one color and there was a min amount to take). Nevertheless, I found something within my budget that was nice and it was easy to install. The sales people are very nice and knowledgable.

After going to several stores to see if I could do the flooring myself, I found myself at King of Floors - yes I could they told me, if I could follow the directions on the box. I tried doing the bedroom (12 x 21 ft) and then did the den (6 x 10). They were more than helpful, extremely patient, and when I emailed them about the excess laminate cartons, was called within hours about how they could take some (still in stock) but not others as they no longer carried the item. Not a problem as this had been an ongoing project for more than 8 months. The fact that I am female, in my 60s and slightly disabled did not bother any of the staff, which I hate to say, was not the way it was in other stores. I still have some of the laminate here and would like to be able to donate it to an organization like Habitat for Humanity but have no way of getting it there. Do you have anyone that could pick it up - all new, most is still in unopened cartons. Kathy

Thet have a good selection of products (hardwood floor, engineered flooring and laminate. Good pricing for all products. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in looking at flooring.

Chose the King of Floors based on price. He was about 2 dollars a square cheaper than any local source and even with shipping to the island I saved a bundle. We contacted them for samples and they mailed them over in a couple of days. We will be checking with them again for our next project for sure.

One big project in my home was changing old dark outdated carpet to modern laminate floors. I dealt with King of Floors for this purchase and was very pleased. As we installed the product ourselves, they gave us the advice we needed and gave us all the detailed information on the product that we required. The made recommendations for putting it in the kitchen (ie. to ensure we were sealed from spills). Also, when I needed more product at a later date, they helped match to the sample that I already had.

I was recently in the market for laminate floors for my basement and stumbled upon the King of Floors in the phone book. I loved their large selction of colours and styles and their knowledgeable personnel who helped me select the type of floor that best suited my needs. They helped match the flooring to other colours in my home and gave me all the information that I needed to do the installation myself.

My husband and I used this business for our laminate flooring installation we completed last fall for our main floor in our townhome. We found that they had very competitive pricing, and ordering the product was easy to do with them. They had quite the selection on hand and were available to answer my phone questions.

We were recommended to go check out King of Floors because they have a huge selection and their prices are reasonable. We were not disappointed. They even had a clearance section where the prices were below what I had expected. We ended up going with engineered maple hardwood from the clearance section and paid less than what we expected to pay. Would highly recommend this place.

We laid bamboo flooring over our original hardwood floors. We found King of Floors had a great selection and competitive pricing. They have a really nice showroom and a clearance section. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

I decided to replace my old flooring in my house. I heard of their commercial on the radio so I made a visit. They made great suggestions and they did offer a great deal so I could replace my flooring in my limited budget.

King of FLoors were great, very friendly and professional. They have great customer service, and treated us well. Good selection and they stocked the product we were looking for. Would use again!

I searched the lower mainland for a cheap, quality hardwood flooring. This place is very good for pricing. I did notice that the wood was a bit thinner and the quality seemed not as good, but for a budget flooring it was great.

I purchased my bamboo floors and my laminate floors from King of Floors. They had a good selection and their showroom is huge. The price was comparable to other places but I liked the colours that they offered. The staff were helpful and seem to know their stuff.

The associate was very helpful in recommending which boards to use and offered an exchange if it wasn't suitable. We did end up having to return the boards and the replacements were of a higher value - they still honored the exchange.

Got a great deal on some excellent laminate floor that looked great. The sales team were helpful in my choice of sound proofing material..Will shop there again should the need arise.

Troy was really excellent and patient in helping me select flooring and he was able to give us a good product for a good price.

Last week on Wednesday the 20th of October we attended your new store and found exactly the laminate we wanted with the help of Bruce Wilkins, who is a very good, effective salesperson with a wonderful personality. He then organized the installation to be done by a fellow by the name of Lazar Rusu.

Lazar's work has been really fantastic. He is technically excellent, works way harder and faster than most tradesmen we have seen, and is on time, polite, and extremely clean and tidy doing what could be a very messy job. Lazar very quietly suggested that we really should do the stairs as well, which we hadn't considered till then - and as you can see by the attached pictures, he was absolutely right!

While he was here we asked him about extending the scope and laying some tile in our bathroom; he gave us a really good quote and did a fine job on that as well. He also did many small things that added value to us and did them within the estimate he had given us.

And here it is October 29th, the job is complete less than 10 days later, and we are extremely happy campers. If you have any need to take on any new installers, we would like to recommend Lazar and give him a very strong personal reference.
