King's Clic Together Prefinished Engineered Flooring
|
| King of Floors Engineered wood flooring is an exciting alternative to solid hardwood flooring. It is built having multiple thin ply layers that are glued together. Engineered flooring basically is a sandwich of finish wood and plywood. The finish wood is called the wear layer and it's what you see and walk on. The wear layer is glued on top surface of the core and is available in almost any hardwood species. The inner cores comprises 80-90% of the floor and are generally either a hardwood and/or soft plywood type of material, which incorporates the tongue and groove system. ?Click-together? engineered-floor products allow you to snap them in place without the need for adhesive between strips or planks. |

Another great thing about engineered wood is the range of installation options. The thinner varieties can be nailed down; the thicker kinds can be installed as floating floors. Floating floors are very easy to install. |
